He was last on the show in 2018 and is here to give us an update on how his life is going as a retired physician and how the pandemic has affected him and his family as well. My guest today, Physician on Fire, is a former anesthesiologist, family man and supposed outdoor enthusiast who spends way too much time indoors, especially now that he is quarantined in Northern Michigan. He attained financial independence at age 39, meaning that he could afford to retire comfortably after a 9-year career. He continued to work for various reasons, but eventually, he chose to retire early at the age of 43. Prior to the COVID-19 epidemic, he was touring Mexico and Spain with his wife and two boys. Currently, he is holed up with them in an undisclosed location in Northern Michigan.
